The value model estimates what each design delivers, and estimates are only credible when the rates behind them are yours. ROI settings hold those rates: what an hour of each workstream is worth to your organization.

Rate Presets

Set an hourly rate per workstream role. Presets are provided as starting points; overriding them with your organization's real figures is what turns the value model from a demo into a number your finance partner will accept.

Where the Rates Act

Every package's value panel prices its workstreams with these rates, producing one-time and recurring value with a risk-adjusted band; the business case reuses the same figures verbatim; and the platform-level roll-up sums value across packages using them.

Set Them Once, Early

Rates are organization-wide, so one honest calibration session makes every package's value figure defensible at the same time. Change them later and packages reprice on their next evaluation; history is not rewritten.
