Stage 5 is where the approved design meets production. The approval baseline becomes an executable contract: drift detection watches the design, the controls, the environment, delivery execution, and your vendor agreements; the conformance gate enforces the contract in CI/CD; and delivery planning turns the design into a dependency-ordered work breakdown in Jira or Azure DevOps with progress synced back.
